Michael Fallow

After 25 years of entrepreneurship in the wine industry I began investigating the prospect of living and working in Buenos Aires in 2004 and at the beginning of the year 2005 moved to Argentina following through on all that I had learned. I met Michael Koh during that period.
Michael at that time was a major contributor to discussion on living in Argentina with a particular interest in the real estate market in Argentina and I think that I can honestly say that without the thoughtful and thorough information that Michael provided to his audience on an ongoing basis I would not be living in Buenos Aires today.
Michael operates from the same philosophy that I experienced in the business genius of Robert Mondavi, founder of the world famous winery. Michael, like Robert Mondavi, conducts his interests with a refreshing and sometimes selfless discovery and sharing of information. Where others hoard it and attempt to balkanize information and process, Michael gives it away in acts that remove the barriers to knowledge and advance the industry as a whole. Michael sets high standards and creates an environment where others of aptitude and talent can join him. By bringing his entrepreneurial spirit and considerable drive to Buenos Aires he has changed the dynamic of buying and selling real estate in Buenos Aires.
When I watch Michael Koh I can’t help but think of having the rare opportunity of seeing in action a real leader and talent making a name for himself while creating real change and growth in what some would call a frontier setting.
Since moving to Buenos Aires Michael Koh has been fundamental in helping me establish both residence and the working relationships needed to live and operate a business.
